Problem
Cross-border B2B trade spans verticals with incompatible catalogue shapes, but buyers and sellers need one identity, one trust model, and one checkout across all of them.
Hardest part
Letting twelve product verticals share one trust and checkout core while each keeps its own data model, and having CI fail the build when a vertical reaches across that boundary rather than relying on review to catch it.
Limitations
- The prototype at app.tislim.com is reachable, but the source is private and there is no written case study yet.
- The AI features have automated tests but no published evaluation set, so translation and visual-search quality are unmeasured.
- Vertical isolation is enforced in CI but the enforcement itself has no published failure report.
